What we cover in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire

These are full-day trips for us, so they only make sense with a fleet at the other end. That's usually one operator with eight or more units, or two operators in the same town sharing the day and the travel between them.

It's a busy hire market, particularly around Nottingham and Derby, and there are plenty of established inspectors working up there too. If there's somebody closer to you who can do the job, we'll say so. It's not much of a favour to charge you for an hour and a half of driving you didn't need to pay for.

Whatever you've got, the inspection is the same: over 140 check points on a standard castle, worked through against BS EN 14960-1:2019, with the tag fitted before we leave and the report emailed within a few days. Units outside the PIPA scheme get the equivalent inspection and the same report, just without a tag.

Best as a full fleet day. Travel is quoted as one figure before anything is booked.
